Karena pemerintah seperti itu juga mempunyai tujuan yang positif juga karena secara tidak langsung itu menjadikan masyarakat Indonesia tidak boleh berbicara seenaknya sendiri dengan Pemerintah kita, karena bagaimanapun pemerintah kita tetaplah pemerintah kita. Baik buruknya pemerintah kita tetap saja beliau yang memimpin negara kita, jadi apapun itu harus kita hargai dan kita hormati. Bukan malah kita bisa bertindak seenaknya sendiri seperti pada masa era Reformasi, boleh kita berpendapat namun juga harus tetap menggunakan etika dalam menyampaikan pendapat atau kritikan kepada pemerintah.

Pada masa pemerintah orde baru militer ikut masuk dalam dunia politik. Mengapa hal itu terjadi? Karena pemerintah pada saat itu sangat mementingkan milier.
